Welcome to Unit 212!
This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking.
Panoramic Paradise by the Sea! Breathtaking sunrises and magnificent starry skies can be enjoyed from the extra long balcony of our South East Corner Oceanfront deluxe unit. Master Suite has access to balcony, 2nd bedroom has beautiful Ocean view, 39" Flat Screen HD TV, Home Theater, DVD/DVR (capable of wireless Hulu, Pandora, Netflix, etc.). For your convenience we offer free wireless internet service, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

The only thing I had a problem with was the entrance door lock. After a few days the code did not work anymore. We had to call the emergency number and they brought us two keys to get in. The process was pretty simple. I have been told that I would receive an email to let me know what the issue is and if they can get it fixed the next day. I never received an email to inform me about the status of the lock. I went to the office and this is when they informed me that it will take 2-3 weeks to get it repaired. Everything was awesome. This was the second time at the condo and we loved it. We will be back.

Weather was disappointing but the condo and property was perfect. Everything is well kept and beautiful. Couldn't ask for better accommodations.
