Great location! Easy beach access! Sleeps 12

Highly highly recommend this place for your trip.. Our church Life Group / marriage retreat had a bless time. Everything you need is available so just bring your clothes. Some toiletries are need like personal stuff but no need to bring shampoo/ conditioner or body soap. They also had chairs for the beach so leave those at home. The rooms are so spacey and clean and they're are so many blankets of you get cold. The kitchen had every pot and pan and utensils to meet your cooking needs. And if you want to go eat your literally walking distance from every type of restaurant that have reasonable prices. Oh and the neighbors are so friendly and welcoming us , by hearing us with friendly hellos. The down stairs bathroom has a step in shower which was helpful for my disable husband..also one more thing and trust me this was perfect at the time.. when coming I forgot my salt and pepper and they had some seasons available. We even left some brand new ones there for the next guest, Oh and the beach is just around the corner from the condo, you can see the ocean from both balconies.. thank you so much for opening this condo up for people like us to enjoy it's well worth the cost and alot cheaper then renting a hotel..

When arrived the property seemed like the previous renters just left and I walked in. None of the beds were maid. The curbside trash bins were full. The cleaning crew came after I arrived.

This property was in a great location. The ocean view is available from 2 balconies. There is an amazing amount of storage. The kitchen has all that is necessary but no Keurig.The stairs are unusually steep and should be mentioned as grandparents had a difficult time navigating these.The "futon" are very uncomfortable and not fit to be called sleeping for 4 additional people.

The home was very clean and had everything that was in the listing. But - 1. The property manager wants you to sign a four page agreement before you check in. It was very inconvenient. 2. The upstairs bathroom doesn’t get hot water or pressure. Since there are only two bathrooms that was a problem for our group. 3. The utensils are quite old. Overall great place but needs some updating and fix the bathroom.
