Clean, in great shape and with a rooftop pool
We were put in the wrong room type on the first night because of overbooking, but it was promptly fixed the next day. Everything else was great

I liked that there's a little kitchen in the room so we can cut some fruits bought from local stores there. The bed is comfy and lighting is pretty good. AC is cold enough. The staff is super friendly and tried their best to communicate with us. They also have a room to store your luggage if you haven't checked in yet.
When I first got into the room, it was clear that the floor was not cleaned as there were hair everywhere. The slippers provided were super dirty. The shower was not designed properly and every time I shower the water would get everywhere on the floor. It's not exactly a cheap hotel so am a bit disappointed about how they treated basic hygiene.
