Calm villa 富士山中湖

Great sauna with a fuji view and cold plunge. Comfortable and clean rooms with lovely living room / big TV.

The lack of flexibility to check out a little later was not necessary considering we stayed one night and there is no way it could take 6 hours to prepare the place for the next guests. The threat of a fine if we checked out any later than 10am was unnecessary and made the stay more stressful. This threat coupled with notes left on our beds saying we would also be fined if we touched certain beds came across as rude. For the price there should be a toilet on the same floor as the bedrooms. After checking out we received a message saying ‘On Booking.com, a score of 10 is regarded as satisfactory, whereas 8 or below is considered unsatisfactory.’ This is not the case - 6.9 or below is unsatisfactory, above 9 is exceptional. I didn’t appreciate the attempt to trick us into giving a higher score.

ロケーションは最高だと思います、雨が降っていたので富士山は見えませんでしたが・・・ 犬連れでしたのでドックランはありがたかった。 サウナもきれいで使いたかったのですが時間が無く残念でした。 部屋もきれいで清潔感は抜群に良かったです。

１，寒い地方だけにお風呂の追い炊き機能は絶対必要です。 ２，車で入ったのですが、道に雑草や木が生い茂り車に傷がついたのが残念。 ３，施設が十分整っているのでチェックインがせめてあと1時間前、アウトも1時間後ろであれば本当にゆっくり満喫できそうなのですがいかがでしょうか？

Easy access to fuji(by car) Very beautiful space and views of fuji from every window. Good quiet neighborhood with privacy. Large TV with Netflix and a sauna

Very expensive for a cabin. Very narrow road uphill via car and difficult to park( narrow spot). Only one bathroom. Host was not communicative about last request regarding lost items despite multiple emails about checking out on time. Pricey for extras like bbq set
