スタッフが素晴らしい。 いつもビジネスホテルしか泊まっていないのでその比較となりますが、受付、清掃、朝食受付、バス送迎の人全て対応が良かったです。

Perfect for a few days of relaxation away from the hustle of Tokyo. The room was large with beautiful views over the river. The food was amazing with breakfast and dinner included. The staff were very welcoming and kind. It was fun wearing yukata to dinner! It is an easy train trip to some great Hiking at Mt Mitake

Everything is good and affordable
I had my dinner in the hotel, which is the worst Japanese course that I have ever had. I suggest the hotel to adjust the price of dinner course higher to keep the quality and price in balance or just offer customers some simple foods.
