Estaba todo reformado y con todo lo necesario. Muy bien situado y buena relación calidad precio.
Demasiado pequeño para 5 personas. Aunque está reformado, no cuela bien el agua ni el lavabo ni la ducha. Sale con muy poca presión el agua de la ducha. Al dar el sol en la fachada, es bastante caluroso. Faltaría al menos un ventilador en la habitación, pues solo dispone de un split de aire acondicionado.

Todo el apartamento es nuevo y esta muy limpio. Electrodomésticos y muebles nuevos. Buena ubicacion.
Por poner alguna pega, me hubiese gustado que tuviera una terraza, aunque fuese pequeña.

El piso es precioso y con todas las comodidades, el dueño una persona fantástica Samuel es su nombre, no ayudo en todo !!!! Y nos aconsejo muy bien!! Volveremos!!!
