Het appartement ligt vlakbij het gezellige centrum en de mooie boulevard en strand! En het was lekker licht door de ruime raampartijen.
Prijs kwaliteit.!! Er is erg veel achterstallig onderhoud. Afzuigkap werkte niet Wasmachine was stuk Na onze melding werd er een monteur ge belt waar wij dan weer voor thuis moesten blijven. Logisch maar zonde van onze tijd. In de badkamer is een vreselijke muffe stank... Het douchewater loopt bijna niet weg waardoor het water over de rand van de douchebak loopt de badkamer in. Deze rand is daardoor te smerig.voor woorden. Er is ooit lekkage geweest bij de bovenburen en het plafond in de badkamer is daardoor nog voor een gedeelte vies bruin en bobbelig Zoom hangt uit de vitrage huiskamer... In de grote slaapkamer is bijna de de hele kap van het rolluik aan de binnenkant vol met zwarte schimmel De keuken uitrusting is aan de zeer matige kant Gezien de prijs wat men voor dit appartement vraagt had er best een oventje en een vaatwasser mogen zijn.
