Нормальный дом балистайл. Если на долгосрок, то можно докупить все необходимое и жить. Если на пару ночей, то ок, как есть: пусто. Онер всегда на связи, помогал с любыми вопросами. Расположение удобное, если есть транспорт.
Нет ничего для комфорта: тв, мебели и т.д. Есть только кровать, стол, холодильник. Для нескольких ночей переждать ок. Для долгосрока тоже ок, если закупить мебель, плиту и т.д. но тогда конечно и цену нужно договариваться.
