La taille de la maison, l'insonorisation, jardin.
La piscine n'est pas suffisamment chauffée. Se baigner à 23 °C n'est pas possible surtout avec les enfants en bas âge. Une vraie déception ! Manque de micro-ondes pour réchauffer les plats. Aucun contact humain avec l'hôte.
