Amenities and beach access!

The location between Bluffton and Hilton Head. The beds slept well and the living room was comfortable. Fridge was clean and ice trays were full. But kitchen is very small.

The elevator situation is a nightmare. One elevator per building, and 1 didn't work. Waited over 30 min to get on one to get to our floor and again 30 min when we checked out to get down to unload. Parking is terrible for a pickup, full size. Thank goodness for a golf cart ride to the beach. A long walk otherwise. Guard at check in wasn't friendly or informative about which building we were in or where to park. Unit didn't have enough hot water for 4 women to take showers. Floors were handy when we checked in. When we pulled our trash to depart, there were old make up wipes in the bottom of the kitchen trash can.

Great Scenery , Easy access to necessities on the property

Stairs , which is optional, but it was a lot of ppl on the elevators when we visited ofc 😂

the room was as explained in the discription. lots of stuff to see and do in this area. trolly stop at the boardwalk for the beach and one at the entrance to a trolly station for shopping that was free.

most of the employees where polite. only one was a little rude. aside from that there was nothing i didn't really enjoy.

This is a great location with a nice scenic walk to the beach that includes wildlife. The landscaping outside of building was very nice (circle garden)

The buildings are old and we were disappointed when we first saw them. It was not what we expected based on what was advertised. When we got to our unit it was not clean. There were dirty towels in both tubs, the floor was not swept, trash in wast basket, and the dishwasher was loaded with dirty dishes. We did call the owners. They apologized and promised cleaning, fresh towels and sheets. They did send someone with clean linens however they arrived two hours later and did not complete all the work. We were promised that someone would come the next day and clean the floor as there was chocolate on the floor but they never returned during our stay. The owner said that they were notified the place had been cleaned but someone must have used the code and stayed in the place without their knowledge before we arrived. We will not be staying at this location ever again.
