Apartment was nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Parking was readily available, including under the building with shade. Plenty of equipment available in the unit for going to the beach, pool, or playing ball, including beach chairs and beach mat. Location is fairly good. Beach access is close, and there is a golf cart shuttle that takes you down there, if you don't want to walk. Beach is beautiful. The management company does respond very quickly. A pack-n-play was actually there although the management company said that there wasn't one available.

The buildings overall are a bit dated, which is obviously out of the control of the operator. Some of the entrances to the buildings are a bit shabby and need some upkeep and/or repairs. It depends a little on where you park and enter. Again, not the this unit owner's fault, but you're paying a pretty penny to stay here. While the unit is nicely decorated, things like the showers are pretty dated and could use some updating. While there is plenty of water pressure on the fixtures, the showers seem to have some sort of low-flow restrictor in place, so the pressure is pretty weak. These units are referred to as "villas", but that's a bit of a stretch, as they are on the small side, especially the bathrooms. Overall, I thought they were a bit pricey.
