The host was very responsive. When there was an internet issue upon check in, he worked right away to address it.
During the heatwave, it was impossible to sleep in the upstairs bedroom. It was like a sauna up there and the provided fan did nothing to make it more comfortable.

Wifi was down due to cable damaged by a lorry. Being fixed as we were leaving- not a deal breaker
