El apartamento está nuevo y limpio, Camas cómodas. La ubicación es buenísima. Y lo mejor el trato con la persona que lo gestiona. Amable y disponible para cualquier duda. Recomendable 100%.

Ubicación perfecta, a 2 minutos de la plaza. No hay problema para aparcar porque aunque la misma calle sea zona azul, justo en la calle de al lado hay aparcamientos. El apartamento cuenta con lo básico, suficiente para una noche

La ubicación es fantástica, a 5 minutos de la ciudad monumental de Cáceres, Patrimonio de la Humanidad y muy cerca de la plaza donde puedes acceder a numerosos servicios.

Beautiful, modern apartment a short walk from the historic downtown of Cáceres. Good A/C and reliable WiFi. It’s located in a very quiet area.

The check-in process was unnecessarily cumbersome and the lack of communication from the host was stress-inducing. Three hours before scheduled check-in, I still had not received any kind of check-in instructions. Despite messaging the host both on the Booking app and via WhatsApp, I received no response. Finally, at 13:15 on check-in day, the host responds “Please call when you’re 35’ out.” But I got no response when I tried to call. I didn’t know what to do (I was on the train headed to Cáceres), so I reached out to Booking’s customer service. They tried calling the host, but also got no response. I arrived at the apartment and had to wait on the street to see if anyone would be there to receive me. Finally, a young woman came out (she was the cleaner); she let me in and handed me a physical key. I don’t understand why they can’t make the check-in process easier with a lockbox. Also, after entering the apartment, I looked everywhere for the WiFi information, but didn’t find it posted anywhere. Again, I had to contact the host. Again, I got no response to messages or phone calls. Again, I had to reach out to Booking’s customer service, and again they were also unable to contact the host. Finally, at 15:46, the host responded to my question about where to find the WiFi code: “En la base del router.” I had to rip the router out of the wall (see photos) in order to be able to read the information. This is ridiculous! Every guest needs to rip the router out of the wall to get access to WiFi? How hard is it to post the information in a visible location? I loved the apartment, but I would never stay there again or recommend it to anybody because of the lack of communication from the host. (By the way, I do speak Spanish and all communication was done in Spanish.)
