The apartment itself is very cozy and comfortable. It has a great location right in the city center, which makes it very convenient for exploring the town on foot. Everything is within easy walking distance. We especially loved the little patio. It was very pleasant to sit there, and the covered roof meant we could enjoy it without sitting in direct sunlight. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, so we found everything quickly and without any problems. We did not meet the host in person, but everything was well organized and straightforward. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment, which was absolutely wonderful during the hot weather. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to recommend this apartment.

The only real downside is that there is no private parking. There is a paid parking lot nearby, but we drove a little further and easily found free parking. So it is not necessary to use the paid parking — there is a free parking area not far from the apartment. Another inconvenience was the road construction near the property. Unfortunately, the host did not mention this in advance, and Google Maps kept directing us along a road that was closed and impossible to access by car. We had to drive through the parallel streets, and eventually Google Maps recalculated the route and we were able to reach the apartment. So, the apartment itself was great, but getting there by car was a little complicated because of the ongoing roadworks.

Moderno, espacioso, muy limpio y bien ubicado

Very good location in central Cáceres. Even if the property does not provide parking, the host recommended public parking (~7min walk) at around 12€ per day, but we could also find on street parking on most days.

There's only one bathroom. One of the rooms is quite small and on ground floor next to the street, so there was some noise (not a big issue) The toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) were provided in single use sachets which are not good for the environment.
