Villa Prinos Private Pool

Villa Prinos is perfect for extended families or friends who value excellent spotless facilities, amazing views of the bay, an ideal location within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shops and the added benefit of 2 self contained properties in 1, so you can all have your own space and privacy. Amazing outside spaces with shaded dining area, comfy outdoor seating, a fantastic deck with plenty of sun loungers and parasols and a great pool to cool off in. There’s outdoor cooking facilities and a large lemon tree you can pick from for your cold drinks. Communication with the hosts was first class and they were there to greet us and say goodbye. Mid week cleaning was a bonus too with advance notification. The villa location is perfect. Not overlooked by neighbours and next to an open natural valley so the deck and pool is totally private. 10 minute walk to the village of Plaka and a 5 minute drive down to the beautiful resort of Almyrida and it’s fantastic tavernas and beachfront restaurants. A great find in a perfect location!!

We couldn’t fault anything to be honest and will definitely be returning. Just remember this is 2 separate apartments in 1 villa with separate facilities and entrances, so no interconnecting access (stairs). Perfect for our family of 4 18-22 year olds who used the lower floor and 2 parents who used the upper floor but may not suit everyone.

Stunning villa, photos do not do this place justice! The view is incredible to wake up to. Split into two separate accommodations (kitchen and living area each) with no internal stairs, which could have been better described in the information. Was perfect for us, and would be for an extended family or a group of friends. Outside space very nice too. Beds super comfy, furnishing is tasteful and new. The kitchens are very well equipped with everything you could need and more. Communication from property management good and allowed late check in and subsequent late check out. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Local village of Plaka is walkable and has shops, cafes and tavernas. Almyrida a 5 min drive or 25 min walk (very uphill on return!) for more shops, tavernas and a beautiful beach perfect for young children.

No plug for the bath provided, pool too cold to use in October (not villas or owners fault!). Only one set of keys provided which could mean you get locked out easily. A few finishing touches would make this place perfect, like visitor information/book pointing out key things like security system, local area and hygiene/bin requirements. Some books and games would be a good touch. Also a few full length mirrors are needed.

The villa was amazing, the view is breathtaking. The villa is in a very quiet neighborhood, renovated and looks brand new. Even my brother-in-law proposed in front of the magnificent view. The drive to the nearest beach (Almyrida) is 3 minutes, The host Vasilis was excellent! Attentive to everything we asked for and did it quickly Highly recommended for families
