The location was great for access to Hearst Castle. There were lots of lovely new towels and blankets. The beds were comfortable, but a little soft.
The property is older, the doors don't shut properly, and the curtains don't keep out the light. We didn't get any communication prior to our arrival so we didn't know how to access the keys. We didn't get any answer to our posts. We were able to reach the after hours answering service while we had something to eat at a pizza restaurant nearby and they were able to reach the property manager who gave us the access codes.
