The view is amazing, and the house is very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is quiet and so close to the beach.
The house across the street is being renovated so construction workers started early each morning, so we could not leave the windows open at night.

Primarily the location. The house is really nice and the kitchen had everything needed for pretty much any type of meal.
Ants were an issue.
