This is a very nice apartment in a friendly, well managed building in a delightful, quiet, safe residential neighborhood, close to métro, stores, and good typical restaurants. There are two elevators to the floor but note that in the apartment there’s a half stair from the entry and toilet down to the living and kitchen floor and another half stair down to the large bedroom. This configuration allows through ventilation between windows on two lovely little streets. There also are exterior shutters and two excellent fans; these helped during the record June 2026 heat wave.
Managers quickly responded to fix a few initial glitches and I can’t think of anything else I didn’t like.
