Park Hill Beach House

Got there at night. It was easy to get to lockbox and there were actual light-up pens to sign papers with, which was a great and helpful touch. The house was very well stocked and had pretty much everything we needed, including an office to work out of, laundry and full kitchen facilities, and plenty of extra linens. There was also a completely stocked bathroom for each of the two bedrooms, which were located at opposite sides of the house which was nice for privacy. There was even an enclosed patio. The location was fabulous! It was only a block and a half from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. One morning we saw a great blue heron and four deer on a nearby lawn.

Ran into a mysterious problem with certain wall outlets not working, which made the living room TV inaccessible and proved an impediment to my husband using his CPAP machine in the master bedroom. Locks were a bit sticky. Water to the master bathroom shower was very slow to warm up. There was no delay to the other bathroom. It was hard to find the address of the house in the dark and be sure we were at the right location.
