野球観戦をするならここが最高です。思えば観戦は、その最中は楽しいものの、7回裏あたりからいつも、どうやって帰るか、混んでいたら嫌だなと意識することになります。が、ここは観戦後たったの5分でその混雑から解放されます。つまり、思う存分観戦することができるのです。
もちろんそれ以外にも、設備の整いも素晴らしいです。ベットルームが2つあるだけでなく、トイレ+シャワーカーテン付きのバスルームが2部屋あり、複数人での利用が意識されています。冷蔵庫+冷凍庫も便利ですし、洗濯機+乾燥機も長期滞在時は特に助かります。食器もある程度揃っています。湯沸かしはIHです。
5日間、2人で滞在しましたが、良くなかった点は何ひとつありませんてした。もっと長期利用でもまったく問題なく使えるはずです。

Appartamento nuovo, dotato di tutti i comfort, molto pulito e accogliente. I gestori sono stati molto efficienti con il self check-in. Abbiamo avuto una casa al piano terra e ci siamo trovati bene. Rimane facile trovare parcheggio.
La zona rimane un po' distante, e ci sino poche linee pubbliche, serve la macchina, anche se noi abbiamo optato per l'uber. Tuttavia loro hanno dato le indicazioni molto precise, quindi questa struttura viene scelta anche in considerazione di ciò. Unica nota dolente è che essendo piano terra si ha poca privacy siccome espone su strada e sul cortile. Ma sono tutte cose che si possono superare se si visita tutto il giorno la città.

Very beautiful aesthetics, very clean, smelled wonderful. A home away from home! Our contact was very accommodating and helpful during our stay!
The beds were very hard, in my opinion, I didn’t sleep as comfortably as I would’ve liked. The water faucet in the kitchen would cut on and off as you were using it.

The place looked clean and new, although the beds did not have both pairs of sheets which was awkward
Unfortunately, the place did not had free parking even though it was listed in the description. They messaged me only the day before letting me know that we were not able to park in the street when sport events were scheduled. There were events our WHOLE stay, and we had to look for parking and pay for it. We booked this place because of the parking, so it was very dissappointing.
