The furnishings felt new and were comfortable, the WiFi was good, and we enjoyed the view from the 'enclosed terrace'.

The instructions to retrieve the key - for us after dark and in the rain - were not good. It described it as being in a box by a tree. The word lockbox was not used. The building uses motion detectors to turn on passage lights, but the one by the apartment doesn't go on until you're right under it, leaving you in the dark for too long - unwelcoming. When we entered the apartment, there were 3 light switches. Two did nothing. We eventually discovered one turned on a light in the passage outside the property! The closed patio windows leaked when it rained making puddles on the floor. When the wind blew, it howled through those badly fitting windows. The lounge window latch was broken, and it flew open every time there was a gust of wind. The exterior metal blind on it didn't work, and so it was down for our 3-week stay. The floor by the kitchen and bathroom had been flooded at some point and was loose and spongy. The bedroom closet smelled of mold, so we couldn't use it. One bedside light was a Himalayan salt rock lamp, and attracted so much moisture out of the air, water streamed off it, having evidently ruined the table top in the past, while making puddles on the floor and soaking my Kindle cover. Only one wall light worked, and it was as dim as a nightlight - again making it difficult arriving in the dark to find a light that did work. Of the two light switches by the bathroom, only one did anything. Hot water for the bidet was turned off and didn't work when on. There was no Welcome package explaining what to do about trash or anything else, and there were no instructions for the washer. We had to find the WiFi name and password. The stovetop igniter did not work. All of these issues were brought up to the management company. They said they don't provide a welcome package and told us to take the trash out to the street.
