Anfitrião muito cordial e prestativo, excelente localização. Muito próximo de vários locais, shopping e etc. Eu fui somente para dormir
Um hóspede chegou de madrugada e ficou tocando interfone mas creio que isso não deva ser frequente e por conta de outros hóspedes que usam o banheiro coletivo, não o cuidaram como merecia mas no dia seguinte já haviam limpado

Casa limpa, organizada, completa e bem localizada.
O dono extremamente invasivo, não deixa os hóspedes com privacidade, adentra a casa e os quartos sem aviso prévio, vigia a hora que os hóspedes saem e chegam na casa (pelo fato do mesmo morar em frente o imóvel).
