Casa limpinha, boa localização e organização! Anfitrião muito atencioso também!
Falta de privacidade e muito calor! Infelizmente por ser um local compartilhado, a única janela do quarto não pode ser aberta, fazendo com que fique muitooo abafado e sem ventilação no quarto. Acho que faltou uma janela nos banheiros e uma porta para maior privacidade.

Ótima localização para hospedar-se. Local com muita privacidade e que possui um bom preço. Há possibilidade de uso de microondas. Além disso, há filtro de água, fogão e microondas. O estacionamento é amplo e o portão é automático. A comodidades possui um bom preço.
O apartamento estava exageradamente quente. Acredito que o tipo de forro do teto seja um fator que leva a isso. O ventilador era barulhente e não resolvia o calor extremo. Apesar de já ter me hospedado em outra ocasião no local, dessa vez acho que fiquei em um quarto não muito confortável.
