Uns erwartete eine geräumige und saubere Wohnung (2 Badezimmer), die sehr detailliert ausgestattet war, inklusive bezogener Betten und Handtüchern. Auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (inklusive Spülmaschine), die Betten waren sehr bequem. Beide Schlafzimmer waren mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Gutes WLAN. Umfangreich befüllte Bar (alkoholische und nicht alkoholische Getränke, Chips) zu guten Preisen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief freundlich und zeitnah. Check-In kontaktos per Schlüsselbox. Praktisch: Parkmöglichkeit im Innenhof gegen Gebühr und Aufzug in die 4. Etage. Gute Ausgangslage, um die Insel mit dem Auto zu erkunden.

Kleiner Verbesserunsvorschlag: Backofen und Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich wären noch schön gewesen.

Piso muy grande y cómodo. Recién arreglado. Los dormitorios son muy grandes, todos exteriores, es muy luminoso. Aunque está cerca de la carretera, el piso es tranquilo y silencioso. Cocina con barra americana, muy cómodo. Salón grande. Tiene aparcamiento y ascensor.

La zona de la ciudad donde está ubicado el apartamento está un poco lejos del centro, pero se llega fácilmente con coche.

The apartment was overall a good stay, though not without a few minor issues. It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen — there were plenty of utensils, plates, and cookware, which made it easy to prepare meals, even for a small child. This was definitely a strong point. The location is a bit farther from the city center and from the beach, but still manageable, especially if you don’t mind a short commute. There was a well provided bar area, and overall the apartment was comfortable and functional. With a bit more attention to small details, it could easily become a great place to stay rather than just a good one.

There were a few small details that could be improved. Some of the outlet frames were not properly fixed, which made the place feel slightly unfinished. The terrace also didn’t seem fully completed, so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked.
