We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The apartment was very nice, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Marco was extremely friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance or had questions. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

A wonderful and spacious apartment with a large terrace. It has all the amenities you may need for a comfortable stay. I also liked the location, as it is close to Catania's train and bus stations and within walking distance of the city center, where all the main attractions are located. The host, Marco, is very kind and helpful. Whenever we come back to Catania, we would definitely choose Katana Residence again. ❤️

Great location. Clean apartment. You have everything a for a simple stay. The metro station is close to get to the city. But you can also just walk 15 minutes to the train station if you want to go to other towns or Etna. Everything worked well in the bathroom, we had hot water easily for 3 people.
Some furniture could use an update. Some people might not like that, but it worked for us, everything is functional.

The location is good.
The hosts do not speak english and it was very difficult to orginize the check-in, get the keys and overall communicate with the hosts.
