La struttura era praticamente nuova , la camera era più grande del solito ed era dotata di tutti i comfort . Bagno grande nuovo è pulito , balcone stupendo con vista sul mare ! Ma la differenza di questa struttura la fanno Jasmin e Merima che fanno parte dello staff della struttura , si sono occupati molto attentamente della pulizia della camera , e non solo , infatti loro due facevano un po’ di tutto per far sì che non mancava niente alla struttura , veramente due persone speciali !

Vista mare stupenda, struttura nuovissima e molto curata. Ottima pulizia. In camera trovi frigo e macchinetta del caffè.
Sembra un B&B ma senza colazione, è una camera d'albergo senza albergo... e senza i servizi di un hotel.
Dovrebbe essere praticamente un appartamento, ma non ha angolo cottura. Da tenere conto che in zona una colazione con meno di dieci euro non riesci a farla e ad almeno 10 minuti a piedi..
Punto dolente: pareti non isolate e la porta d'ingresso della camera è una porta da interni, quindi non filtra i rumori. Il portoncino d'ingresso del palazzo resta aperto tutta la notte e c'è gente a tutte le ore che entra e esce e si sente tutto.
Si sentono chiaramente le persone parlare e muoversi nelle altre camere.
Ispezione finale esagerata, viene analizzato ogni dettaglio della camera a ricerca di un danno... Ti fa sentire molto a disagio.

I really liked that the room was clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, there were shutters on the windows and the balcony door, as well as mosquito screens, which was very convenient. The shower was excellent, and the black toilet was a pleasant surprise. Everything was new and in excellent condition. The common areas were very clean and smelled wonderful.
I didn’t like that a deposit of €200 was required, although it is mentioned on Booking, so I wouldn’t call it a problem. The balcony was very small, and there was no drying rack — after coming back from the beach, it was unclear where to dry clothes. On the table, there was a price list with various fines for certain violations. The most unpleasant moment was during check-out: a young man came and checked absolutely everything — looking into every corner, turning on the air conditioner, the TV, and the electric shutters. This made me wonder: what if something breaks not because of my actions, but simply due to a defect? Any electronic device can fail from time to time.
Also, the walk to the sea is unsafe: there are sections without a sidewalk, with high fences on both sides, so you have to walk directly on the road. If two cars pass each other there at speed, there is literally nowhere to step aside, especially if you are with a baby stroller — it could be very dangerous. I’m writing this so that other guests are aware of the problem.
