Very friendly host, welcomed with a smile, great room and very clean.

Super clean and nice place with everything you need. Modern design and simple. The room had AC, very comfortable bed and enough space to put away your stuff. The bathroom felt like new and super clean. Overall the place was amazing. The host was friendly, welcomed us really nice, checking in was fast and without hassle. The apartment is almost in the heart of the city, 5 min walk to the neareast beach. Everything you need is within a walking distance. Loved our stay and would definitely come back!

The only thing we see as an improvement would be shade on the balcony of our room. Other rooms I think all have shade though.

Exceptional

Clean, nice and new, well equipped, it looked the same as on the pictures. The staff and Lola were really kind and helpful. Wifi was not the strongest one, but we could watch TV online from a laptop, sometimes it was lagging, but it was rare, and for using on holiday it was okay. It has a big own parking place, for me it is a really positive. Location is perfect! Close to the beach, grocery shop and the city center, but far enough to be quite and to have a good rest and relax, and also close to the roads to reach other beaches.

Superb

It was very clean and tidy, one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in and location is amazing. A minute walk from all the happening. Completely newly renovated so amazing. The kitchen is also good for two people to cook. We plan to revisit soon.

Since the apartment is on the higest level it would be nice to have a told to protect from the sun on the balcony. You can only use it before sunrise, so at 5 am and late in the afternoon. Shame. Otherwise very nice but not so calm because of young people parting and come home drunk and screaming. So just have that in mind. (the owner apologised even though it is not her fault- nice gesture from here).

Everything was the best. Great service from booking to accommodation. Location is in city center, big parking, everything is new and clean in studio apartman. Great value for money. We couldn't wish more with our little baby. Hosts are also super kind and friendly.

Great modern apartment in the center of novaljia! Highly recommend

The 2 bedroom apartment was amazing. Very modern! Two bedrooms with two bathrooms! All the facilities were top notch and Lola is a very accommodating host! Location is perfect and there is private free parking. 5 min walk to the roundabout.

The curtains are white so in the morning the light comes in. But this is a personal taste.

Patyolat tiszta volt a szoba, tökéletes helyen van, csendes de mégis közel a bolt és a part. Lolita nagyon kedves és figyelmes.

I LATI POSITIVI: Abbiamo prenotato 3 camere: 1 appartamento da 8 persone - 1 appartamento da 6 persone - 1 camera da 2 persone. La posizione della struttura era molto comoda, vicino a due supermercati e vicino al lungomare di Novaglia. I servizi (negli appartamenti) erano buoni: il frigo funzionava bene e il forno e la lavastoviglie erano ben funzionanti. Tutto sommato, le camere erano pulite.

I LATI NEGATIVI: Abbiamo prenotato 3 camere: 1 appartamento da 8 persone - 1 appartamento da 6 persone - 1 camera da 2 persone. Prima di arrivare, abbiamo chiesto se tutti i bagni fossero presenti nelle camere; ci era stato detto di sì, ma nella camera da 2 persone il bagno era all’interno dell’intera struttura, MA ESTERNO ALLA CAMERA. Appena arrivati, l’host ci ha accolti con il pagamento di una cauzione assicurativa di €50, cash, a persona (su Booking c’è scritto €180 a camera), che ci ha restituito a fine vacanza; durante il “controllo camere” finale, prima di restituirci la cauzione, l’host alla vista di alcune buste di plastica ha provveduto a buttarle a terra, insistendo in modo rude di doverle cestinare il prima possibile…ovviamente non ha aggiunto commenti sulle scorte di cibo lasciategli, che lei ha tenuto (tonno, olio, etc.). Durante il nostro soggiorno, ci è stato detto di rispettare delle regole ben chiare: silenzio dalle 22:00 alle 06:00, minacciandoci di ritirare l’intera cauzione (€700 circa). Nonostante questo, l’host ci ha richiamati spesso per “aver fatto casino”, anche se era causato da persone AL DI FUORI della struttura, in un orario PRIMA delle 22:00. Durante orari tra le 17:00 e le 19:00, mentre eravamo al tavolo a giocare a carte, l’host restava per decine di minuti per annaffiare le piante. Insomma: l’host è stata molto rude.

Lolita kedvessége, figyelmessége, a vendégekkel való bánásmódja páratlan:-))))

A környék kellemes, tele hasonló apartman házakkal. Nyugodt, nincs nagy forgalom. Közel volt nagyon bevásárlási lehetőség, rengeteg étkezési lehetőség és a part, ahol több helyen is lehetett strandolni. Mi 2 stúdióapartmantu béreltünk, kényelmes, tágas volt, nagy fürdőszobával, a konyha felszerelt, a szobák nagyon tiszták. Az ágyak kényelmesek!

Soba i kupatilo su jako lepi i cisti. Ima dosta prostora za odlaganje stvari. Lokacija je odlicna. Gazdarica je veoma fina i uvek na raspolaganju. Sve preporuke.

Voor de lage/gunstige prijs heb ik een prima verblijf gehad.

Een prima slaapkamer voor de lage prijs. Schoon en netjes. De kamer was los van de badkamer. Die ook schoon en netjes was. Er was een klein balkon, airco en shutter voor het raam. De verhuurster en haar partner waren erg vriendelijk. Er stond op de hal een kleine koelkast, een waterkoker en wat koffie/thee spullen.

De voordeur of buitendeur stond eigenlijk altijd open. De sleutel van de buitendeur werkte niet. Toen ik vroeg waarom de sleutel niet werkte gaf de meneer aan dat ze die gewoon nooit op slot doen. Iedereen heeft dan toch toegang tot de kamer. Ook al kun je je eigen kamerdeur op slot draaien. Dat voelde toch wat onprettig.
