The apartment has both advantages and disadvantages. The biggest advantage is its location right next to a beautiful, quiet beach with stunning views. Every morning you can enjoy a swim in crystal-clear water on an almost empty beach, which makes for a very peaceful and relaxing stay. However, the property is in a very remote area, and having a rental car is absolutely essential. This should be clearly stated in the property description before booking. There are no shops within walking distance, and the only nearby taverna is of average quality. The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive away, so it is practically impossible to stay here comfortably without a car. If you are looking for peace, beautiful scenery, and don’t mind driving everywhere, this place can be a good choice. Just be aware that renting a car is not optional—it’s a necessity.

There are a few areas where the apartment could be improved. The apartment could have been aired out a little better before our arrival, as there was a noticeable musty smell and some humidity when we first entered, likely due to being closed up for an extended period. The kitchen is rather basically equipped. It would be helpful to have a larger mixing bowl and a proper chef’s knife for preparing meals. The plates were all different styles, giving the impression that they had been collected over time rather than being part of a complete set. We also noticed quite a few ants in the kitchen. It would be useful for the host to provide an ant spray or address the issue, especially during the warmer months.

The bay where the resort is located is beautiful for swimming. The room verandas offer a gorgeous view of the bay, and the size of both the rooms and the bathrooms is ideal. Furthermore, the rooms were cleaned daily and the cleanliness was excellent.

we experienced several issues during our stay. The room has no windows opening to the veranda, meaning you have to use the door just to get some fresh air. Although there was enough space in the room, there was no stand or bench to open our suitcases. Additionally, while there was a coffee machine in the room, there were no mugs or cups available—only wine glasses and tall, narrow water glasses. We requested proper cups from the host and staff both via WhatsApp and face-to-face, but nothing was done about it. As a result, we had to drink our tea and coffee out of water glasses throughout our entire stay. To make matters worse, the resort staff stayed in the room next to ours, and their child's musical toy got stuck during the night. It kept making a loud, crackling music noise all night and the following morning, and nobody did anything to turn it off.
