Clean and well-equipped/decorated. The cleaning lady very professional and cleaned everything perfectly every single day.

Lack of privacy and a bit noisy, specially if you have the front-beach suite. The beach is more of a port, there is constant people catching boats for excursions, so you don’t enjoy it at all as they pass right by you in a unpaved street (which with winds leaves sand in the air) and cars even get parked in front of you. Priced too high for what it is, def not a beach front place.

The rooms are very nice and include a full shower-toilet area, a bed, and a small kitchenette with everything you need for two people: a pan, pots, colander, utensils, dishes, cutlery, etc. It also includes a Dolce Gusto machine for coffee. The bed was okay and comfortable, as was the outdoor area with a table and a tender for wet beach clothes. The cleaning lady was very nice and came every day at 11h, changed the sheets and towels every other day, and provided new coffee capsules every morning.

While the stay was good and we had a great time, the help provided by the Athena travel offices was limited. Their offices are in the port city, 20min away by car. Before your arrival, they send you some useful information and offer to help, but when we actually asked them something about the room, they just replied that they didn't know. That happened a couple of times, and gave the feeling of "low effort" from their side. The road to the location is okay, but there are a couple of curves where two cars don't fit at the same time, and you have no visibility of whether there's someone else coming. The last stretch of the road is very steep and impressive the first time you drive it, both down and up. Especially if you are not used to mountain and off road driving.

We absolutely loved our stay here—it was genuinely one of the best places we’ve stayed in Paros. The location is perfect, right on the beach in a quieter part of the island, making it incredibly peaceful and relaxing. One of our favourite perks was the complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas for guests. Beach clubs in Paros can be quite expensive, so having this included right outside the hotel was a huge bonus and made our beach days so much more enjoyable. The restaurant, To Kyma, was another highlight. Every meal was fresh, delicious and beautifully prepared. It was honestly one of the best restaurants we visited during our trip. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the exceptional hospitality. Nicoleta and Dina were some of the warmest, kindest people we’ve ever met. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always checking in, offering recommendations on places to visit, beaches to explore and restaurants to try. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Nothing at all. Just that you need to have a car to reach here as it’s quite secluded.
