Villa Anastasia 1

The villa is great for large families, it is equipped with everything, very quiet, up in a more wooded area and it is very spacious, with a large living room and 3 bedrooms - 2 have a double bed, the third - a bunk bed. At the same time it is at a very short drive away from the main street in Fourka and 5-10min from Skala Fourka. The washing machine and all appliances are brand new. The yard is very big, there is a barbeque and fruit trees in the back.

The villa is not for a single family, we didn't get that from the posting on booking and were surprised to see another family on the second floor. Which means the yard is shared by all guests. There is no allotted space for parking, cars are parked in the grass in front the house which leaves a bit less space for the kids to play. The water generators make a buzzing noise every time you run the water in any of the apartments, which can be disturbing if one is sleeping. We didn't hear it in our apartment (floor 1) but our neighbors (on the second floor) complained a lot. The bathroom is extremely small, it holds the washing machine as well and when you open the door you hit the sink, you have to close the door to open the washing machine door and so on, in a nutshell one can barely move in it. This is maybe the only negative thing of significance for us (the rest are just inconveniences worth pointing out for other guests who may find the information useful).
