Extraordinary renovation of an old building, interior realized with lots of charm and taste. It really feels like a special place, wonderful atmosphere. Room with double bed, we had a pretty good sleep. Balcony/Patio to the see side with fantastic views. Perfect to watch sunset and enjoy the sundowner. 2min walking distance to taverna, 15 min drive to beach/seafront. Owners very friendly and helpful, everything was managed digitally but help was always offered. On arrival, a homemade Greek salad and refreshments were in the fridge - what a nice and lovely surprise. Recommendations: park your car at the church for check in. A parking space is provided just around the corner of the house.

There is one main bedroom and one roof bedroom. There are two toilets and one bathroom. It was very spacious and airy. They had even prepared a salad in the fridge. The host was very sweet. We didn’t experience any problems. I highly recommend it. It’s also very close to the city center and the beautiful village of Zia, which has stunning views.

There were many construction sites and abandoned places around. We had a car, but if we had walked around on foot, we would have felt a bit uneasy.
