Totally irresponsible

I wrote to them at 4 pm when we arrived to ask for the check-in details, since they hadn’t sent me anything. Only then did they inform me that they couldn’t accommodate us because they had water issues. I asked why they hadn’t notified us earlier, but I never got a reply.
