Stay Hostel

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel itself has a lot of character spacious, very clean and comfortable, with friendly and personal service. The location was one of the highlights for me. It is a beautiful, green and atmospheric part of Hue, surrounded by gardens, with the canal nearby and easy access to the Imperial City. The whole area has a strong connection to Hue's imperial past. The restaurant next door even serves a very unusual dish based on an old royal recipe. With the gardens, traditional atmosphere and proximity to the Imperial City, it felt to me as though this area had once been part of the wider imperial palace complex. The owner was exceptionally helpful. The payment information on Booking.com indicated that Visa was accepted, but when I arrived, I was told that I needed to pay in cash. The owner personally took me to an ATM. When the first ATM didn't work, he patiently took me to another one so I could withdraw the cash and pay for my stay. I really appreciated his effort and hospitality. This did not negatively affect my opinion of the hotel or the owner, who handled the situation exceptionally well, but Booking.com should make the payment information accurate and clear before arrival.

Phòng ẩm có mùi kiểu ẩm mốc, ko có đèn trắng chỉ có đèn vàng nên tối tối, thùng rác bẩn , phòng ko có cửa sổ, nên rất là bí mùi hôi kiểu chắc khá h hay thuê ở theo giờ
