Everything. Overall, the stay was amazing. The reason for the neutral staff review was because I never had to deal with anyone as everything went flawlessly.
Some trees could be trimmed up to facilitate the amazing views. Garbage thrown over the balcony kind of an eyesore. Also never received any emails or information on discounted attractions which I didn't even know about until after.
