Sonia House

I had a very good stay at Sonia’s accommodation. The place was very practical, very clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked well, there was a fridge, and you also had the option to cook, which made it convenient for a longer stay. The accommodation also had two sofas, a TV, good shower pressure with nice cold water, and a washing machine to do laundry, which was really useful. The location is actually great too. It is only about five minutes from the main arteries leading towards Skanderbeg Square, and you can reach the centre within around 10 to 15 minutes on foot, depending on your walking pace. Overall, it was a really practical and comfortable place to stay. I highly recommend it, whether you are staying alone or with others, especially for a week or two.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the neighbourhood can be a little nosy at times. As a visitor, you may stand out slightly, simply because people are not used to seeing you around. However, I would not take it personally, and it did not cause any real issue during my stay.

The apartment was super clean and in great shape! The host was so kind and waiting for me even though I got to the airport late, which meant I missed my entry time. Plus, it was great that I could pay in Euros instead of LEK, since I didn’t have an exchange place close by. The apartment is close to one of the main roads that goes to the main square.

The only thing I didn’t enjoy was when you shower, the water starts to flow outside so easily, so I always had to dry the floor.

Appartamento come in foto, nuovo e molto pulito. La proprietaria lascia a disposizioni utensili in cucina nel caso si volesse cucinare a casa! La posizione è ottima, 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale e vicino a una delle vie principali con tantissimi negozi, farmacie, ristoranti e bar.
