Fairly central, host fast communication, simple studio apartment everything you need. Quiet enough but still some noise around. Comfortable would recommend for something more basic/affordable. thanks albi.
Not a negative but because it is ground floor the apartment is dark. This is good for summer and disabled. Also there was a bad smell, I think from the drains, not sure if from outside or inside. Likely a temporary probably so shouldn't be an issue.

Good location, but overall an average stay.
The apartment is on the ground floor with a door opening directly to the street, which raised security concerns. Poor sound insulation and insufficient window coverings made it noisy and uncomfortable.
