Warisa Garden Pool Villa

We stayed for 2 weeks. The Villa was spacious and clean. Perfect for what we needed. The pool was a great addition and cleaned every couple of days. The location was a little far out of pattaya centre which is exactly what we wanted, but also very accessible with taxis or as we did, hire mopeds to get around. The host was also very responsive and helpful which made the stay stress free and easy. Highly recommended staying here if you want the quite side of pattaya but also not too far from the nightlife. 😁

Our own fault but we decided to pay the electricity per KW and this amounted to a 10000baht electricity bill, so please read the options and go with the set price of 3500baht for longer stays. Again this was our own fault and doesn't reflect against the stay or the host. We loved our time there!

Clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.. security was good also.. villa was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed as a family of 6.. Owners quick to answer any request and had no problem.. maybe we should of spoke to the owner about the neighbour but nevermind... everything else faultless...

The neighbour on left side looking away from the front of villa complained about kids having fun and noise at 2pm... apparently wanted to sleep... fool...

The House is huge & clean, the location is also quite nice as we just need to cross the street to go to the beach and all the fancy cafes or bars. The whole house include air-conditioner, restroom are clean and smell nice. Hot water is hot. All dishes and cutlery are clean&ready to use. The washing machine is also easy to use. I would definitely go back again if I have a plan to visit Pattaya with a big group of friends.

The swimming pool looks nice and huge but due to the amount of insects in the pool and around we feel uneasy using it. However, we stayed only 1 night so it was not a big deal and I don't think it was necessary to clean it as we did not stay that long but still, if I need to pick one thing it would be this.

sometimes we found a cockroach but that is common in Thailand, normal. we were surprised that we had to pay electricity 8baht-1kwh so in the end we paid 4000baht which is over 100€. if we had known this sooner we would have found more expensive accommodation where this was included… the price for electricity was not written anywhere.
