Had everything we needed, good communication and quick response.

Stay clear of this cockroach-infested property
Disclaimer: we only spent 1, albeit horrific night at this property, and spent nearly 24 hours fighting with the host and booking.com till we finally got relocated to an apartment that was clean and reflected the amount we had paid for our stay.
Upon arrival, we found the apartment in dire conditions. It was infested with cockroaches, dirty, with crusty appliances in the kitchen and human hair in the cutlery drawer. Bedding was old and ratty, beds uncomfortable, and overall feel of the apartment is that it hasn't been properly cleaned or renovated in years. Definitely did not match the polished look in the pictures.
After contacting the host and complaining to booking.com, at first the host only offered to clean the apartment, despite us insisting on relocation to another property. Cockroach infestation is not something that can be solved with a cleaning. The cleaning team came and did the absolute bare minimum, attending only to the things we specifically called out, and utterly ignoring others that were equally unsanitary. They claimed they "solved" the cockroach issue, yet sure enough, once we returned to the "cleaned" apartment, cockroaches kept creeping out of the corners in the bathroom and the kitchen.
We spent the entire day calling, texting, insisting, until the host finally agreed to move us to another apartment (another property they manage) that was clean and our team could only say positive things about it for the remainder of their stay. We wish this had been the case from the beginning and we didn't have to go through what can only be described as a terrible experience at the beginning of our stay. I simply cannot fathom how the host can knowingly rent our a property that's been brought to such a dire, neglected condition, fully aware of the sanitary risks it poses. Shame on booking.

A minha família gostou de tudo. A localização é perfeita, possui duas estações de metrô muito próximas, o entorno é seguro e com opções de mercado e vários restaurantes. Confesso que estava um pouco preocupada com a nota e os comentários, mas desde o primeiro momento houve uma atenção da hospedagem, nos orientando perfeitamente como chegar, dando instruções práticas e entrando em contato para saber se precisávamos de alguma coisa. A experiência da minha família foi incrível!
Não tenha nada que eu não tenha gostado. Talvez a limpeza possa ser um problema para outras pessoas, mas para a nossa família era o que estávamos esperando, pois temos consciência plena que trata-se de estilos diferentes de limpeza. Mas ressalto que estava tudo limpo e organizado.

Présence +++ de cafards dans tous l’appartement,
Literie dans un sale état, draps avec option taches des précédents locataires.
Vaisselles sales sans possibilité de laver car pas de torchon ni d’éponge.
Fuite d’eau dans une salle de bain.
Pas assez de chaises et de vaisselles pour accueillir 12 personnes.
En résumé appartement insalubre !
Le chauffage est à 25 degré pour camoufler l’humidité.
Nous avons contacté le gestionnaire d’appartement, aucune solution n’a pu nous être proposé alors que nous avions 2 femmes enceintes dans notre groupe.

Ubicación muy buena, cerca de parada de metro y bus.
El piso era grande, con dos baños completos y uno dentro de una habitación con ducha y lavabo. Estaba todo limpio y olía muy bien cuando entramos. Muchas toallas, sábanas y almohadas para usar. Nos encontramos alguna que otra cuchara, eran pequeñas, por lo que suponemos tenía que haber un nido en algún sitio. Pero a favor diremos que nos enviaron WhatsApp desde la oficina para ver si estaba todo bien con el apartamento y al comentarle lo de las cucharas se prestaron enseguida para ir y subsanarlo. Declinamos la oferta, porque ya habíamos puesto nosotras insecticida, pero fue un detalle que estuvieran pendiente y el ofrecimiento.
Hacía bastante calor, parecía que estuviera puesta una calefacción central, y se notaba bastante porque tampoco hacía tanto frío fuera.
Por lo demás, nada que objetar, limpio y con todo lo necesario para la estancia, por poner un matiz, pondría una tostadora.
Una tv en cada habitación, aunque no la encendimos.
Nos pasaron las claves para la entrada y no hubo ningún problema. La entrada al edificio deja mucho q desear, las rejas muy viejas, y unas escaleras de madera muy estrecha a la subida, pero una vez dentro esto no se nota y nuestra estancia fue agradable. Íbamos muy preocupadas con los comentarios anteriores, pero me repito, todo estaba bien para una estancia agradable.
La comunidad. La entrada al edifico parecía abandonado, puerta de rejas vieja y la basura en la entrada.
