Lovely stay & very helpful property owner

Very nice & clean & well presented. Main bed was very comfortable. Well stocked with pans plates cutlery etc.. location was quiet no drunks or party’s around there was a kid kicking a foot ball at the bins near us which did make my dogs bark a few times but that isn’t the fault of the property. Was surprised to find that we had Netflix on the tv (an account already set up and signed in) which was nice as most places don’t have that.

Excellent stay . Check in was easy and communication with owner was great.

It was very clean and cosy. We will return for a longer stay next year. Everything we needed was provided. We couldn't fault anything, it was very relaxing.

Great stay very cosy

The caravan was so cosy, it smelt amazing and had everything we needed. It was all the additional touches that really made our stay. Cushions, lighting, tea, coffee. The clubhouse was also great and we enjoyed a swim in the morning.

The water was quite hot in the shower. For me it was too hot to wash my hair. We couldn’t seem to adjust the control to go really cool.

Excellent from start to finish.

Finer details, like throws, fans, travel cot and toys. Very homely.

No plastic beakers for kids and no food prep knives, which was a shame with all the utensils to cook a meal.

Perfect for our one night stay just wish we were there for longer to use the excellent decking with two seating areas.

The caravan was super clean and comfortable with lots of little extras including a basket blankets. Nice location and close to car park, didn’t have to drive around the site to get in/out.

A nice stay with just a few things that could do with addressing.

We enjoyed our stay at Alderley and Alison the host was easy to contact and answered all my questions promptly. She left a nice little welcome card in the caravan on arrival and there was a basket with some tea bags(no coffee unfortunately),biscuits and a pint of milk in the fridge which is always a nice touch. The caravan was clean with nice fresh towels and linen provided aswell as washing up liquid,soap,sponge,tea towels and kitchen roll which was great. The outside space was also lovely. Hoburn was a good site with lot's to do if you were there for a weeks holiday (we stayed 1 night) and was very quiet.

We found the equipment provided wasn't really up to scratch as there was only 1 breakfast bowl and 2 children's plastic bowls provided and also the only spoons we could find were soup spoons which wouldn't be what I'd expect to eat cereal with. There were no bin liners in the bin and none provided that we could find. We found a bottom sheet for the sofa bed but there was only a new duvet in one of the cuboards and we wasn't sure if it could be opened to use so we just used one of the blankets as a cover.
