Luxury 6-8 Berth Lodge

This beautiful lodge was so very spacious and worked perfectly for us. Despite us being a group of 7, there was plenty of table space and wonderful large three seater sofas too. My sister was particularly delighted with her en suite double room. The decor was very homely, the kitchen well equiped and the location on the site perfect.

Going home.

It has been well looked after. Lovely and spacious and very well equipped. The toy box was a big bonus! It had everything you could possibly need.

Couldn't get shower turned on

Great space, great location, great heating, nice kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Cleaner was 20 mins late finishing so had to hang around outside, we had two cars and there was limited space outside, cleaners car was in our space next to lodge. Cleaner forgot to put new bin liner in kitchen bin. No tea towel or hand towels. We knew we had to bring bath towel so only brought these. We went to reception to ask for tea/hand towels but said as this was private Booking.com booking they could not provide. The front door lock is faulty and we could not lock it. Had to keep personal valuables in our cars whilst we were out for the evening at local venue. One of us has sciatica with neck disc injury, and bed was horrendously uncomfortable, pillow was useless. Woke up in pain after restless night trying to get comfortable. More supportive mattresses would be a worthy investment as the lodge is lovely but was let down by the few things mentioned here.

Very clean inside. Lovely decor and very comfortable. Excellent location.

The only thing I would say is that there could be an information package left on appliances and heating.

I liked the space, lovely quiet part of the park

There were a few stains on the footstool, and the towel rails could really do with being replaced
