La ubicación es perfecta y fácil de llegar.
No cuenta con regadera, lo cual es de los servicios mas básicos. También me tocó en mi estancia dormir con mucho ruido ya que la habitación tiene un ventanal que da a la calle, no sé si es frecuente o por el día que me alojé pero se escucho mucha música como de fiesta hasta altas horas de la noche. Si alguien tiene el sueño ligero creo que sí es un punto a considerar.

Room is very spacious and clean. The WiFI signal was strong and reliable. The elderly couple who live in the house were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Their son Emmanuel communicated via WhatsApp and was quickly responsive. It was just a few minute walk to the main square, very convenient. Malinalco is an expensive town for lodging, so this is an exceptional value if you don’t need full amenities.
The room only has a half bath without a shower. The owners are happy to have you shower in the apartment above or in their quarters, not a comfortable arrangement for everyone. Also the bathroom has only cold water, and the shower was not very hot. The television in the room was not hooked up to service. The room is right on a main street leading out of town, and the trucks and buses passing were quite loud. Fortunately they stopped early in the evening, but there were some early in the morning.
