Appartement très bien placé à proximité de la gare . Tout à fait fonctionnel et au calme. C'est très agréable de rejoindre le centre ville à pied et ainsi, de profiter de l'ambiance toulousaine . Bon contact avec la conciergerie .Nous recommandons 100%.

Appartement spacieux, bien agencé, et très bien situé à environ 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville avec ses très nombreux restaurants. Le système de clé numérique est surprenant à l'arrivée, mais au final, plutôt pratique et facile d'utilisation
Les assises des 2 chaises posées dans la salle de bain (?!?) n'inspirent pas une grande confiance sur la propreté qui malgré cela semble correcte. Un coup de peinture blanche sur le bas des murs ne serait pas superflu. L'évacuation d'eau du lavabo et des wc est à vérifier et le robinet de la salle de bain est à redresser.
