The location. The price. New items from windows & flooring to silverware and furniture.
It was unfinished from renovations apparently- lots of holes in the walls from where things hung, peeling wall paint, handicapped rail in shower falling out the wall, etc…
Not very clean- carpeted stairs had debris all over them and look like they haven’t been vacuumed in a long time or shampooed, the bathroom didn’t have an actual bath rug just a foam mat that had dirt and hair all over it. The bathtub had debris in it, floors were dirty, etc…
The bed had only one set of pillows in textured shams. Should’ve had another set with actual pillow cases and the couch was extremely tiny. If you want to lounge and cuddle up with someone and watch the only tv there- it’s way too small for that.
If I had paid more I would have been very unhappy. But the price was extremely cheap and the location was so cool
