Great wood-clad building located right in the centre of Mestia

Very nice big room, access to balcony, great location
A couple of times there was no toilet paper in the shared bathroom, there was also no hand soap. The host was very unresponsive and didn’t reply to messages or calls, I had to wait to check out because I couldn’t get a hold of him. Luckily some nice locals helped me find the owner and she was very nice.

Large shared balcony with beautiful views. Room reasonable size and basic. Shared bathroom and sitting area.
Bathrooms dirty, no toilet paper, no shower door. Groups of men constantly on the balcony and in sitting area outside my bedroom door.

Perfect location. Nice bathrooms with warm water and hairdryer. Clean room.
Nice view, but the stream is quite noisy, even when you close the window, so for some people may be difficult to get used during short stay. I had to wait for the owner - he normally is not present at the place. No soap in bathrooms (empty containers in both bathrooms).
