Appartement confortable, au 4-ème étage de l'immeuble. Très propre, lumineux, bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié la piscine sur le toit.

เข้าพักที่นี่ครั้งที่ 2 แล้ว เพราะที่นี่ทำเลดีมากกก เดิน 10 นาทีถึงไนท์บาซาร์ละ แล้วยังใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้ออีก สะดวกสบายสุดๆ ห้องพักก็มีอุปกรณ์ครบและสะอาด พร้อมใช้เสมอ facilities ฟิตเนสและสระว่ายน้ำอยู่ชั้น 16 มองวิวเชียงใหม่คือสวยสุดๆ เจ้าของห้องก็ดูแลดีเช่นเคย ดีมากๆ ให้การต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดี ใส่ใจตอบข้อความตลอด ให้ส่วนลดพิเศษไปทานข้าวที่ร้าน city camp อีกแล้ว ซึ่งก็…ไป😆 เพราะร้านบรรยากาศดี อาหารอร่อย แล้วจะกลับมาพักอีกนะคะ

On the positive side, the building itself is clean, feels safe, and the pool and gym are quite nice. The unit was also clean, and once the AC finally did its job, the temperature was comfortable.

We arrived at 12:30pm and, as expected (based on comms with owner) , room not cleaned. Asked to leave our luggage— 80b/bag. Buried in prior messages from the condo owner—we could have left our bags with the building’s security (who we didn't see) free. A clearer instruction like, “Do NOT leave bags at check-in—use the security guard at the front of the building instead” would have avoided this entirely. To their credit, the luggage fee was refunded. We returned at 2:05pm—only to be told vaguely that housekeeping hadn’t “notified” the front desk yet and therefore our room still wasn’t ready. Evasive. After back-and-forth, they were finally provided. When we entered the unit, it was stifling—easily 95°F. All blinds were open, sun pouring in, and all AC off. We tried to max the AC, but controls not intuitive—multiple modes, unclear icons, no instructions. We couldn’t get the units to cool the room quickly. After about 15 min of struggling, we booked a room at the Shangri-La next door. The property owner later explained that housekeeping typically turns off the AC and opens the curtains after cleaning. If that's true, and room just finished, why so hot? We returned only to do laundry - which created its own set of issues. Needed: • Clear, proactive instructions for check-in and luggage incl what NOT to do • Improve coordination between housekeeping and front desk • Ensure rooms cooled before guest arrival • Include simple instructions for AC units, appliances, and amenities. Microwave (see photo) dial is unreadable. No scoop or instructions for laundry • Clearly disclose lack of in-unit dryer (and ensure shared equipt is functional and labeled); it was broken - spent 1.5 hrs waiting • Provide adequate towels – the unit provided only 2 bath towels, no hand towels for bathroom use. • Add clear signage for room directions from the elevator, like you find in every hotel or building
