    We had 2 kids along and booked for 2 nights, wanted to stay 0, stuck staying 1 night. We got there 1-2 hours after check in time and it was still being cleaned..not so well. We never got our drinking water and only got 1 key card so everytime someone had ti go out we all either had to go or the rest ould be stuck sitting in the unit without electricity. All was still OK to deal with but the main problem for us was, the unit was simply uncomfortable to be in. The listing looked like there is a livingroom space where we could sit relax and watch tv together but there was not. It was probably turned into the 2nd bedroom so there was absolutely no place for a couple kids to hang out and sit and watch tv accept for on the beds or uncomfortable wooden stools where the tv was set up so that there was no comfotable position to actually watch it. We tried to asked to be moved to a different room but there were none and the reponses from the property and Agoda itself were less than timely so we were stuck in the unit for the night. We asked to cancel the 2nd night and checked out the next morning. With a some slow responses, we were assured and refund for the 2nd night. Would not recommend the unit unless you only need a place to crash and not much else, especially not for a family with kids...ironically the listing is called, Family Suite.

    Booking, check in and check out process was easy. Accommodation is made for long term stay with amenities like a washing machine, which was great. However condo was a bit cramped with furniture. Some items like the TV remote were not functioning fully. Cleanliness of the condo was pretty average, with evidences of previous guests in the kitchen area and inside of draws. Bedding were clean and presentable. Over all it could do with a refresh of its decor and amenities inside room. However it seemed to resonable well priced and accessible to main night bazaar area. Pool area at night was also lovely with great city views.
