Bersih, dan alatan penting berfungsi baik cuma ad sedikit kesilapan tetapi manager selesaikan dengan baik
Better letak location receptionist kt apps ni bukan location hotel terus, sebab nnti customer silap rupanya check in tmpt lain. Lepas customer siap check in bru hntar location kat customer dan septtnya kat bhgian hotel tu ad sorang kena jaga kat kaunter utk sebarang pertanyaan sbb haritu pergi dia asyik melilau ke tmpt lain je .. Bab kebersihan dan persekitaran mmg terbaik bab mngment je perlu diperbaiki.. Sekian tq

- suggest staf/receptionist available 24h/nearest location (pity him to cover two place at same time)
Room 8 - x (apartment) minor problems only
- Got few lamp not working, a bit dark at some area
- Remote tv out of batteries
- some fan not functioning (even very cold place)
- suggest to add alas kaki (kawasan tandas)
- plastic bag for bin
- Internet not working

management kurang memuaskan nak check in and check out kena pegi hantar kunci dekat branch lain. dalam apps free wifi tak ada .

Public parking, got saman from district council
Shared bathroom with other customers. Blurry indication from the ads
Water heater 1 unit faulty. Rusty and mouldy bathroom.
Low Water pressure
No soap @ shampoo
No dishwasher soap & utensil for cleaning
Hairdryer faulty in room 7-2-1
Dusty fan, please clean
