The apartment is fairly nice, and so is Escent ville as a whole. A good plus is a clothes rack. The location has both it's pluses and minuses.
Escent ville is unfortunately starting to show its age, it isn't by any means terrible, but compared to newer condos in Chiang Mai, there is quite a difference. As far as the apartment is concerned, my two nitpicks are the shower head, which is terrible, and the tv, which is rather small.

Nice pool and gym. Nice people staying around. Close to mall for food and water + groceries
Stove top could have been cleaner.
It would have been better if mattress had mattress protector on and if pillows could have double covers put on always to keep the actual pillows and mattress clean (they have been stained a little bit from use)
