War genau perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Und es hat alles einfach und reibungslos funktioniert. Die kleine Wohnung im obersten Stock/Dachgeschoss war mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wir haben uns ab Minute eins absolut wohl gefühlt! Jederzeit gerne wieder

We loved everything about this place, from the host's excellent communication to how cozy (very cozy!) and homelike the apartment felt. We traveled north from Dubrovnik to Pula and had a car for the second half of our trip, which is exactly why we chose this property—and having hassle-free parking was a huge plus. The Old Town was very close, just an easy 15-min walk away. Rovinj ended up being one of our absolute favorite spots in Croatia. Traveling in a car in Istria was a fantastic idea because, while we stayed in Rovinj area, it allowed us to easily drive up to the northern beaches around Borik. We loved everything about that area, from the crystal-clear water on those beaches and scenic campsites to the freshly cooked fish in one of the cafes. I highly recommend both this apartment and the city.

While some reviews mentioned difficulty seeing the sea from the skyline windows, I found the bedroom view to be absolutely fine. A fun suggestion for the hosts would be to maybe add a small stool in the bathroom so the same sea view peek is available from the bathroom.

Eine sehr schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Sehr bequeme Betten und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Alles sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hauses war aus unserer Sicht optimal, da ca. 20 Minuten zum Strand und ebenso lange in die Altstadt. Die Konversation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm, ein sehr nettes Paar.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, das deutlich in die Jahre gekommen ist, im 5. Stockwerk. Das sollte man wissen, steht nirgendwo in der Beschreibung. Für uns war es kein Problem, das dürfte allerdings nicht auf alle Gäste zutreffen. Der Meerblick ist nur vorhanden, wenn man aus dem Dachflächenfenster auf Zehenspitzen stehend rausblickt. Somit also eigentlich nicht vorhanden.
