About this house rental
An original barn converted into a house surrounded by beautiful garden, flowers, trees and a natural pond as well as rose garden.
A gated property tucked away by a sweeping drive with the original farmhouse and oasthouse nearby. Court Lodge Barn is just a short walk into the lovely village of Westerham, home of General Wolfe and his home Quebec House which is now a National Trust Property and a delight to visit.
A regular visitor to the village was Winston Churchill who lived very nearby at Chartwell House, another fabulous property and gardens to visit. There is a wonderful statue of the great man on the village green.
Westerham is a fantastic community with a village green which regularly hosts village events and gatherings. The village has 4 great pubs, restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, a cycling club & cafe, a small gym, antique shops, boutiques and a variety of local stylish shops. Surrounded by wonderful country walks and views of the North Downs there is always something to enjoy.
Sevenoaks and Oxted railway stations are just an 8 minute drive in either direction providing direct train links into London in just 35 minutes. Both these towns also offer excellent shopping opportunities and entertainment of their own including cinema and theatre, sports centres and cricket greens which are active in the summer.

We were extremely lucky that we had beautiful weather and a stunning garden in full bloom during our week-long stay at Court Lodge Barn. Loretta and Gary were the friendliest and most attentive hosts and we were delighted to meet them upon arrival. Not only was the house beautifully appointed but they provided a wonderful welcome hamper filled with goodies for us and our dog. We highly recommend their charming house and would certainly consider returning the next time we are in Surrey.

Beautiful place , everything was just perfect . Immaculate place, everything you needed , the gardens were just dreamy . My family & two little dachshunds had the most wonderful time. A welcome pack with everything you could want & even a little gift, card as we were celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary. So thoughtful.
Loretta made everything easy & welcoming.
We would stay again in a flash .
All I can stay is we all loved it!!!! 😊

We very much enjoyed our few days here. The barn was really well equipped with everything we could possibly need and the gardens beautiful. We really appreciated the welcome pack and doggy treats.

We had an absolutely lovely, relaxing stay away from our building site of a home!
Everything was perfect, from the welcome gifts on our arrival, to the comfort of the home itself, to the beautiful gardens complete with a duck pond, which I thoroughly enjoyed feeding.
Lovely location, within walking distance from Westerham shops & restaurants and lovely field and woods walks with the dogs.
Thoroughly recommend!
